After injuring my knee while taking part in the London Marathon in 2014, I thought I was going to be forever hampered by a nagging injury which would restrict me from training to my full potential.
But after Matts tuition and advice during personal training sessions , and utilising the variety of movements involved during Matts Boot Camp classes I am now back to a higher level of fitness and strength than I was when I used to play rugby in my youth!
Testament to this is a recently achieved PB of 100kg on the squat rack which is a huge achievement for me and a big thumbs up for Matt.
Without Matts guidance and support I wouldn’t have been able to conquer the Monster Race 12k OCR in October last year and then go on to complete the Spartan Super 10k OCR in May this year.
Its given me the confidence in my ability to take on more of these challenges, next is the Dirty Dozen 12k in a weeks time and I now want to complete the two remaining Spartan Races to achieve the hallowed Trifecta!
Matt has an unsurpassed knowledge of the human body and physiology which reassures you every step of the way that you are in the right hands, and he still manages to make Boot Camp fun! (Sometimes!).
Because of this I would thoroughly recommend Matts tuition skills to anyone. I thought I knew it all until I met Matt!
