Its that time of the year and many people will be thinking about getting on a health kick. Maybe joining a local gym and even hiring a Personal Trainer.
But what actually are the benefits of doing this…….?
Well first and foremost is that you will hopefully be educated whilst exercising which will not only maximise the effectiveness of your work out, but also ensure it is safe and therefore minimise the risk of injury.
By having someone training you it will increase your motivation, not only to train harder during those sessions but to hopefully train outside of them as well as live a healthier lifestyle in general.
Knowing that you are going to see your trainer once or twice a week will give you added accountability, someone to answer to if you like, about what you have been doing in between sessions to work towards achieving your individual goals.
Last but by no means least by having a trainer you will have a far greater variety of work outs, exercises and techniques. This in turn will help you see better results and in a much quicker timescale than you could achieve on your own.
